• 15-minute creative consultation with one of our artists through our online scheduling platform — to share your ideas, inspirations, and photo references before we begin
• Exclusive access to premium print options — choose water-resistant poster stock, fine-art paper, canvas, or metal once your design is finalized

💡 Please note: The $235 commission covers the creative process and digital master image. Printing and framing materials are purchased separately once you’ve approved your final artwork — allowing you to select the size and finish that best complements your custom piece.

1. Purchase your commission. Once confirmed (usually 1 business day), you’ll receive a link to schedule your creative consultation.
2. Meet your artist. In your 15-minute session, we’ll discuss your pets, your style preferences, and the story you’d like your portrait to tell.
3. We create your art. Our team blends advanced AI artistry with detailed hand finishing for a refined result.
4. Review and refine. You’ll have unlimited opportunities to adjust lighting, color, or expression until you’re delighted.
5. Choose your print. When your artwork is approved, select your preferred material and size — we’ll handle the rest, from printing to delivery.
