Creating your custom Pixel Paws masterpiece is as easy as a belly rub and a treat!

🐾 1. Pick Your Paw-fect Concept

Start by browsing our collection of themed pet portrait concepts—everything from noble knights and cozy campers to sporty super-fans and magical creatures. Each design is lovingly crafted to bring out your pet’s unique charm.

✍️ 2. Add a Personal Touch

Other details we may ask (depending on the concept)

  • Your pet’s name
  • Favorite team or jersey number (for sports themes)
  • Hometown name, slogans, or fun details

These fun flourishes make your portrait uniquely yours!

📸 3. Upload Your Pet’s Glam Shots

You’ll upload 3–5 clear reference photos of your pet. We recommend at least 3 for the most pawsitive results! Think: close-ups, full-body, favorite expressions.

💳 4. Submit Your Order

Once you’ve picked your theme and uploaded photos, simply hit Submit and checkout. You’ll be charged when you place your order, and we’ll get to work pronto!

⏳ 5. Get Your Proof Within 24 Hours (with Priority) or 48 Hours (With Standard)

Within 48 hours, or 24 if you have requested Priority shipping, you’ll receive an email saying your artwork is ready to review. Click the link to view your proof on your account page.

Love it? Approve it and we’ll send it to print! Need a few tweaks? No problem—we’ll work with you to make sure your pet is faithfully represented.

How many pets can I include in one portrait?

Most concepts are designed for a single pet, but multi-pet options are coming soon! For now, each portrait is one star per frame.

What types of pet photos work best?

We recommend clear, well-lit images taken at your pet’s eye level. Include a mix of face shots and body shots if possible.

Can I see a preview before I’m charged?

We charge at the time of order so our artists can begin. However, you’ll always get to approve your artwork before printing, and you can request changes.

What if I’m not happy with the proof?

No worries—we’ll work with you to revise the art. If we can’t get it just right and you haven’t approved it for print, we’ll refund your order in full.

How long does it take to receive my final product?

Once you approve the proof, printing and shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
