Approve before we print
Nothing physical is produced until you've reviewed your final proof and clicked Approve. Take as long as you need — proofs don't expire on you.
Unlimited revisions
If something feels off — colors, expression, background, mood — tell us. We'll keep refining at no extra cost until your portrait feels right. There's no revision cap and no fine print.
Full refund pre-print
Any time before you approve your proof, you can ask for a full refund and we'll send your money back, no questions asked. Because nothing prints without your approval, every order is genuinely risk-free.
After you approve
Once you approve a proof, we send it to our print partners and the materials become non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged in transit or there's a production defect, we'll replace it — just send a photo within 14 days of delivery.
Digital downloads
Digital files are refundable up until you download them. Once downloaded, they are considered delivered.
